Q: Why do we need a meeting before my pet sitting begins?
A: This give us a chance to meet your pets while you are there with us, so we are not "strangers" to them on our first visit. This is much less stressful for your pets. It also gives us a chance to address some concerns, such as what to do during a power failure, allows us to see where you store food and treats, and what your normal routines are with the pets. This and much more helps us to provide a stress free visit for your pets.

Q: Why do you need a key? Can't you just use the code for our garage door opener, or the remote control?
A: In case there is a power failure, we need to make sure we have access to assist your pet. Sometimes electrically operated doors will not function correctly if batteries begin to fail in the remote opener. We use a very secure system to keep your key safe.
